FAQs

There is no such thing as a stupid question. FALSE. Most questions people ask are epically stupid...however, these questions we are asked quite frequently so for the moment we will assume they are not entirely dumb. 

Q. I ordered the wrong size and need to swap it out for another size. 

A. Exchanges are good as long as the returned shirts are in original and unwashed condition. If you have cut the sleeves off (which is highly recommended) or have mowed the lawn in it, sorry but it cannot be returned. If you need to exchange for a different size, simply mail the shirts back to

with a post it note simply stating what size you need to exchange it for. 

Q. You boneheads sent me the wrong size or shirt!!!!!

A. Although our mothers tell us every day that we are perfect, occasionally we do make mistakes. In this scenario, shoot us an email at ryan@rockcityoutfitters.com as we will take care of you and make it right. 

Q. My tracking shows that my package was just delivered, however it is not in my mailbox. 

A. Give it one more day. I know this sounds crazy but 9 times out of 10 when this happens, it shows up the next day. Not sure why, but it just is.
