What is your Return Policy? 

Returns/Exchanges are good as long as the returned shirts are in original and unwashed condition. If you need to exchange for a different size or need to send a shirt back for  a refund, simply mail the shirts back to

Shipping

Domestic orders ship within 2-5 business days from the date ordered via USPS. Delivery time is anywhere from 5-8 business days depending on location.

Notice:

Occasionally a shirt you have ordered is out of stock. Not a huge deal as we screen print all shirts in our print shop and can usually knock it out and ship it out in a timely manner. However, if there is going to be a longer delay than expected or if a delay is possible because of supply chain issues (we have all been experiencing that crap for the last few years) we will notify you via email to let  you know of the situation.

How Do our Shirts Fit? 

The majority of our shirts are printed on Next Level Men's cotton/poly blend tees. When the sizing says "Unisex" this is just a Men's sized tee. Most would say that our shirts fit true to size and would recommend purchasing whatever size is normally worn in a men's tee. However, since they are printed on a cotton/poly blend, there is still a little cotton in them so upon first wash, there may be a tad bit of shrinkage in the sleeves and length of the body. This applies to all shirts except for the Texas Script tee as this one is printed on a Jerzees brand cotton/poly tee and fits a little larger than most tees.

SIZE GUIDE

Unisex and Men's Tees - Unisex tees are pretty much just men's tees that the industry calls Unisex so that the ladies will feel better about wearing them. Clear as mud? Rock City Outfitters' shirts are true to size and are printed mostly on cotton/poly pre shrunk shirts. If you are in between sizes you may want to go with the larger size because some have said that they are more fitted than not. Check out the sizing guide below. And as always, we are extremely easy to work with and will swap out and exchange sizes till we get it right. 

BODY LENGTH: Lay garment flat (face down). Measure from center back neckline seam straight down to bottom of the front hem.

BODY WIDTH: Lay garment flat. 1" below the armhole flat measure the garment across the chest.
